For a very long time, and in collaboration with many lovely people, I’ve been building businesses which reflect my lifelong love of creativity, flow, and an open hearted embrace of mystery.

When I took my first meditation classes in the 1970’s my father tagged along to make sure I wasn’t going to be lured into a cult. I started one of the first New Age music companies and a leading world music label.

Personally and professionally I’ve been watching fringe ideas about human capacities seep into mainstream thinking and markets.

Of course, insights get diluted as marketers try to appeal to a wide audience. Language and even methodologies can lose their ability to affect us when they are reified and normalized.

So how do we create structures which catalyze perspectives and experiences that can truly reorient us - and bring us into our lives with our deepest potentials unfolding.
